Hi, welcome to the weight loss 4 idiots review!

I?m was really excited about this program when I learnt about it more than a month ago. Many of my friends asked me how I?ve been losing weight. I?ve been wanting to write a review on this but I wanted to go through a few cycle to test out the claim of the weight loss 4 idiot diet handbook being able to help you lose 9 pounds every 11 days.

So here goes my weight loss 4 idiots review.

Upon Becoming a Member

I paid the and was immediately able to login as a member. You will have full access to the diet handbook plus an online diet generator where you will be able to generate a diet list base on what you prefer.

Immediately after reading it, I went?what a genius!

I?ve been through many diets, I?ve studied food and nutrition in school and I knew all the facts but the way the diet guide made use of simple techniques that will cause our really intelligent body to react to the diet by burning more calories than before was amazing.

One other thing that I noticed while scanning through the website was that it was really easy to understand and it is really an idiot proof guide.

There is nothing complicated about it and it was so easy to follow. Nothing drastic such as not eating for a whole day or drink only a certain type of soup for 3 straight days. All of the techniques are medically backed and is not just a fad like more diet found online.

I sailed through most of the 11 days except for the all fruits day. It was a little difficult for me as I was working and I don?t have access to fruits the whole day. I ate as much as I could and miraculously, I didn?t not feel that hungry. I did need to drink lots of water to keep myself from getting hungry.

In my opinion, that was the most difficult part of the diet. Other than that, it was easy. Everything was so easy and since I don?t have to starve myself and get to eat, it was really the easiest diet ever. You can eat all sort of food like cheese and even meat.

I took down my weight everyday and by the end of the 7 days, I had already lose 4.1 pounds. I was really excited that even though I didn?t seem to be doing much and my body had already began reacting to the diet and like what it says.

End of the First Cycle

At the end of the first cycle, I managed to lose a total of 7.6 pounds. It is not the 9 pounds the claimed but it was good enough when I didn?t have do do anything much. I was happy and ready to go for my 3 day break from my diet.

After the 11 days of diet, you will get 3 days break where you will be able to eat whatever you want and this was a great news for me. I enjoyed my three days break and checked if I put back the weight.

Thankfully, though I did eat a few pizza, I didn?t put back any weight. My weight maintained and now with more confidence, I jumped back into the diet.

Second Cycle of the Weight Loss 4 Idiot Diet

I was so much more prepared for the second cycle. Generated another diet list and started on the second cycle.

I brought more fruits with me to the office and knowing what to expect, I got through it much easier than I had expected.

Basically, I lost 8.3 pounds that time round.

Third Cycle (Current)

I?m still on my 8th day of the third cycle of the diet. Still losing pounds and so far, in less than 3 cycles, I?ve lost 23.7 pounds!

Sum it All Up

This is a great diet. It is easy to follow and not to mention, healthy. I helps you to lose weight without compromising on nutrition and health.

If you are looking for one easy guide to start losing weight, this is a great one. Or, if you are sick and tired of other diets that does not work, I strongly recommend that you give this a try. After all, in 11 days, you will be seeing results and it is much cheaper than gym memberships or other programs like weight watchers and jenny craig.
