Ann Tenbrunsel, the Rex and Alice A. Martin Professor of Business Ethics at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business, discusses her new book "Blind Spots: Why We Fail to do What's Right and What to do About it." "It doesn't allow us to see the gap between who we think we are, who we'd like to be, and who we truly are."
