The breast cancer treatment facility where Angelina Jolie underwent a double mastectomy is expected to speak out any moment about the actress' big announcement ... and we're streaming live.

37-year-old Angelina -- who tested positive for the breast cancer gene, carrying an 87% risk of breast cancer -- announced this morning she underwent the procedure as a preventative measure.
